We had a phenomenal stay at this hotel. From the moment of arrival, we were greeted with impeccable service and a luxurious atmosphere. the impressive private facilities such as the in-room jacuzzi and sauna, made our stay exceptionally comfortable. the location was ideal, with various amenities a stone's throw away.
Our only minor issue was with room service, which took longer than expected, however this was immediately resolved with an apology from the staff. this hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and high standards of service.
